What should home buyers and sellers prepare for in the coming year?

In most real estate negotiations, the seller has the upper hand, as they are likely to receive above the asking price on their property. Therefore, it is crucial for buyers to be ready with all their finances, have preapproval, and be fully unwritten from their lenders before bidding on a property.
